Alot of gay people have adopted the skinhead look as of late but are not really skinheads,There are obviously gay skinheads as there are in everyday life but i feel that it isn't a seperate culture.Some gay people have suggested that there is a seperate subculture from the main scene but i disagree.A skinhead is a skinhead no matter what colour,Sex or creed they are.Some gay people adopted the leather jackets caps and trousers(Freddie Mercury Style) in the late 70's early 80's but they were'nt bikers.To suggest that its a new skinhead scene i think is a bit far fetched really.I know they have gay skinhead festivals in Manchester etc but i think thats Just a getting together of people with the same Interest's and not a new movement.I expect that alot of the gay people there were not skinheads but went to the festival anyway.Im not against gay people before you write to me but want to seperate the fiction from the facts.Like ive said a skinhead is a skinhead and thats that.Lets not pretend that it's the new generation of the skinhead cult.No hetrosexuals aloud this time.I dont buy that at all.Thats rubish isnt it.Sorry if anyone does'nt like my bluntness but thats just how it is.
Re an article i was given saying that the new skinhead movement in town is purely for homosexuals.Its no longer the macho scene that it once was.Hetrosexuals need not apply for membership.
